Compliance Act/False Claims Act (FCA)

Freedom Staffing has established a Compliance Program to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse in Freedom Staffing, including fraud, waste, and abuse in the federal and state health care programs. Examples of a possible false claim include:

  • Making false statements regarding a claim for payment;
  • Falsifying information in the medical record;
  • Double-billing for items or services;
  • Billing for services or items not performed or never furnished

If an event similar to one of the above examples, it is encouraged to report this to Freedom Staffing Manager or the Compliance Officer at (866) 300-4874 for further investigation.
